Ceramics and Sculpture

I produce ceramic vessels and sculptures.  The plastic properties of the material allow me to experiment with forms and shapes.  

I handbuild with coils and sometimes slabs to produce large pots or constructed sculptures using various geometric shapes.  I prefer to use simple glazes which allow the method of construction to be apparent.

My figurative sculptures are taken from life.   I will, if required, produce moulds and cast work in various metal resins.

I will produce pots to order or sculptures to commission
